GENERAL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production takes 4-6 weeks following the order. Dates may vary depending on the production schedule.

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINT: External 2 layers of primer paint and 2 layers of synthetic exterior paint are applied on the facade and it has a UV breaking feature. The walls are protected against oxidation and decay by applying 2 layers of anti-rust paint.

HEAT AND SOUND INSULATION: 50mm 90-density fireproof stone wool is used in all walls, floors, ceilings, and partitions.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: It is made per the electrical project based on the current capacity, using completely fireproof TNX cables. All materials such as switches, sockets, lighting elements, and fuse boxes are selected under CE certifications. A residual current relay is used. 1 TV infrastructure is being prepared

PLUMBING: All installations are made with insulated composite pipes ready for use.

AIR CONDITIONING LINES: Optionally, air conditioning infrastructure is prepared for the living room and bedroom.

Cistern and WC: Concealed cisterns and toilets are used.

CERAMIC COATINGS: First quality ceramics are used. Color charts and visuals for ceramic color selection are delivered to our customers.

SINK AND SHOWER: The bathroom sink is left to the customer's choice as a countertop or built-in. Electrical and plumbing lines are left ready for the instantaneous water heater or water heater in the bathroom.

SHOWER CABIN: It is made of tempered glass. Size and door opening options are planned according to the bathroom design.

KITCHEN: 1st class MDF carcass and lacquered coating or acrylic cover are determined according to customer preference. The choice of kitchen countertops is made by the customer. A 40 cm chrome kitchen sink and battery are used.

INTERIOR DOORS: A white 80x220 lacquered door is applied. 2 pieces for 9 and 12-meter products, and 1 piece for 6-meter products is used.

BEDROOM: There is a wardrobe measuring 140x250 in the bedroom.

LAMINATE FLOORING: Water and shock-resistant 8 mm laminate flooring is used.

INTERIOR WALL COVERING: After insulation, the interior walls are covered with water-resistant plasterboard, and gypsum plaster and satin paint are applied. Different wall covering materials can be used according to customer preference.

PARALLEL SLIDING / FIXED GLASS DOORS – WINDOWS: Exterior windows are entirely Şişe Cam products. Glass has a 10-year warranty. Adopen insulated and insulated series are used in PVC window systems.

12-meter-long products include 1 180x220cm parallel sliding, 1 360x220cm parallel sliding, 1 100x220cm external door, 1 200x220cm fixed, and 1 50x100cm bathroom window. Prices are re-calculated per changes in dimensions.

INTERIOR LIGHTING: There are 2 LED spotlights in the bathroom, 6 LED spotlights in the living room and kitchen, 4 LED spotlights in the bedroom, and 220cm steel LED lighting above the bed.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING:40 HC products include 4 front wall lamps, 1 rear wall lamp, and one wall lamp applied on each side façade. For 20 HC products, 2 front and 1 back wall lamps are applied.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION: The delivery of the products is made in our factory. Supervisor support is provided during the installation phase

SHUTTERS AND FLYSCREEN: Electric shutter and fly screen applications can be made depending on the product model.

JALOUSIE: Blinds can be applied between double glazing.

CHOPPING: Your product can be manufactured with aluminum joinery.

FIREPLACE – STOVE OUTLET: Heat and water-insulated stove chimney cap can be prepared.

KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS: Marble/Granite countertops are priced separately according to customer selection.

PERGOLA-TERRAC: Veranda and terrace applications can be made.

ADDITIONAL KITCHEN AREA: Additional kitchen can be applied by over cost.

STAIRS: The upper floor terrace exit staircase can be made optionally using 2.5mm link sheet metal steps.

TERRACE RAILWAYS: Depending on customer request, glass, aluminum, or steel wire railings can be made.

VELUX; Window applications on the ceiling to create more light space.

FACADE COATINGS: Wood, Aluminum Composite Deck, Terracota, Press Brick, Composite or Aluminum Sheet, etc. Coating applications can be made according to customer demand.
